The EZDiet is pre-loaded with over 6,000 USDA defined food items. Each item comes with the USDA standard 9 nutrition values:

- Total Fat
- Sat. Fat
- Cholesterol
- Sodium
- Total Carb.
- Sugar
- Fiber
- Protein
Creating your own food items is very easy. You can create a brand new food item, or modify existing food items, or combine existing items.
Besides the 9 standard nutrition fields, you can add 20 more customized fields, such as Vitamin A, or Iron.
Serving sizes range from 1/2 to 99 servings. Nutritional values are automatically updated as serving size changes.
